Last Saturday, the BenBau Management team stepped off the site and onto the football field, joining a local championship for a great cause. 

From kickoff to final whistle, we saw all the things we value at BenBau. Effective communication, awareness, support for one another and a natural instinct to look after our team. 

The safety mindset was still there, staying alert, keeping each other in check, and watching out for any ”near misses,” (both on goal and on legs!).

Most of all, it was a day of community, laughter, and shared purpose. A great reminder that leadership isn’t always about decision-making. Sometimes, it’s about showing up, getting involved, and kicking the ball around for something bigger than ourselves.
